The newly reformed BEAUTIFUL SOUTH (minus Singer/songwriter PAUL HEATON, guitarist and bass players Dave Rotheray and Sean Welch) are performing a handful of dates with to promote their new look band. The NEW BEAUTIFUL SOUTH features original members DAVE HEMINGWAY, ALISON WHEELER and DAVE STEAD plus regular TBS musicians for the last 19 years, DAMON BUTCHER, TONY ROBINSON, GAZ BIRTLES and KEV BROWN as well as new members, PHIL BARTON, KARL BROWN and WINSTON BLISSET (Massive Attack). The band will be playing many of the top 40 hits they’ve had over their 20 year period as well as unperformed album tracks and a couple of new songs from Dave Hemingway’s solo album, HELLO CRUEL WORLD.
This show will be a low key warm up to their forthcoming tour.
